Job Description
The role involves managing and overseeing the daily operations related to user deposits and withdrawals on the platform, ensuring smooth and secure financial transactions. The position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of blockchain technology and financial risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily reviews and handle exceptions for user deposits and withdrawals.
- Resolve issues related to failed deposits, withdrawals, incorrect chains, or wrong cryptocurrencies.
- Review large or suspicious withdrawals, identifying high-risk funds and addresses.
- Monitor hot wallet and collection wallet balances, as well as on-chain transaction statuses.
- Collaborate with risk control, customer service, and operations teams on AML, fund sourcing, and reconciliation tasks.
- Coordinate with customer service and risk control teams to address user deposit and withdrawal issues.
- Optimize deposit/withdrawal processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance platform fund security.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in exchanges, wallets, payments, or fund operations preferred.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency deposit/withdrawal processes and exchange wallet operations.
- Knowledge of mainstream blockchains such as BTC, ETH, TRON, BSC, and SOL.
- Proficiency in using blockchain explorers to track addresses, TxIDs, and fund flows.
- Strong risk awareness, data sensitivity, and sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work in shifts and handle urgent exceptions in exchange operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CEX exchange deposit/withdrawal operations or wallet management.
- Familiarity with AML/KYT tools or on-chain risk control solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or fund reconciliation processes.
