Key Responsibilities
- Design innovative and attractive contract activity plans based on the exchange's business objectives and market dynamics to enhance user engagement and trading volume
- Work closely with departments such as product and R&D to promote project implementation and landing, and be able to work with departments such as marketing to drive growth after product launch
- Continuously monitor and analyze activity related data, evaluate the effectiveness and impact of activities, develop optimization plans to improve and enhance the performance of subsequent activities
- Actively interact with users, collect feedback and suggestions, promptly handle complaints and issues, and ensure high-quality and satisfactory user experience
- Based on the situation of the cryptocurrency market, analyze the operation of the competition institute, propose practical and feasible solutions, and implement corresponding improvement measures
