Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of Web3 projects invested by the company, including community management, social media engagement, and event planning/execution
• Develop comprehensive operation plans to drive project growth and user engagement
• Conduct market research and stay updated on Web3 trends to inform operational strategies
• Participate in online business negotiations and conference communications for the company's Korean business operations
• Create and manage high-quality content across multiple platforms including Twitter, Telegram, and Medium
• Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics to optimize content strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in community operations, social media management, or related fields
• Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Korean language skills a plus)
• Proven ability to create engaging content for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with social media analytics tools and community management platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the Korean market or with Korean business partners
• Background in marketing, communications, or business development
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies
• Active participation in Web3 communities or personal projects in the space
