Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for core data such as user activity and transactions, able to continuously update and iterate effective user growth models based on company business goals.
- Develop operational activity data indicators, adjust operational activity strategies, coordinate internal resources, and ensure smooth activity execution.
- Gain a deep understanding of product features and characteristics, extract optimization suggestions for business team feedback needs and issues, analyze user behavior, and improve product user experience.
- Maintain and manage online communities, enhance user engagement and participation, develop and execute community activity plans, analyze user needs, and optimize community operation strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, user growth strategies, and community management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative community engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and community management platforms is a plus.
