Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain existing KOL channels to promote stable channel growth.
• Follow up on feedback and needs from channel partners, promptly resolve issues, and handle complaints to maintain good cooperative relationships.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of channel promotion activities, including both online and offline events.
• Coordinate internal team resources to support the smooth operation of channels.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in channel management, partnership development, or KOL collaboration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with channel partners.
• Ability to multitask and manage promotional activities effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools to track channel performance.
