Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Data monitoring and analysis: Observe KOL performance data (user activity, conversion rate, etc.) daily through data dashboards. Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities, provide targeted improvement suggestions for KOLs, and communicate through the BD team.
• Plan planning and execution: Design personalized activity plans or user conversion plans based on KOL's creative content. Assist the BD team in communicating with KOLs to ensure the implementation of the plan and achieve the expected results.
• User conversion support: Analyze the behavioral characteristics of KOL users and develop efficient user conversion strategies. Collaborate with the BD team to achieve the conversion goals of KOL activities and increase user engagement and retention rates.
• Cross team collaboration: Work closely with teams from marketing, product, BD, and other departments to coordinate activity resources and optimize conversion efficiency. Regularly summarize and share excellent cases and experiences of KOL conversion.
• Goal management: Collaborate with the BD team to achieve KOL user conversion goals and optimize user retention and engagement.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in channel operations, data analysis, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for user conversion and engagement.
• Experience working with KOLs or influencers is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
