Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of Web3 products for web, mobile, and blockchain platforms, focusing on user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
• Develop and maintain a robust design system that supports rapid prototyping, component reuse, and brand consistency across all platforms
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility, technical implementation, and performance optimization
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design approaches for different user segments
• Work with external design studios to create hardware product designs that align with our Web3 vision and user needs
• Document design processes, create style guides, and maintain version control for all design assets
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve the overall product design quality
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry developments in the Web3 space
• Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to ensure design aligns with business goals and user expectations
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product design for digital platforms, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Web3 technologies
• Excellent understanding of design systems, including component libraries, style guides, and design documentation practices
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or Blender for creating high-fidelity prototypes and 3D models
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and marketing professionals
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders
• Experience in hardware product design or collaboration with external design studios is highly preferred
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications is a plus
• Ability to create and maintain design documentation for both digital and physical products
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address design challenges and optimize user experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in all design deliverables
• Experience with agile development methodologies and iterative design processes
• Ability to conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines while maintaining high design quality
• Ability to present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
• Experience with version control systems for managing design assets and collaboration
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design methodologies
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of design projects while collaborating with teams
