Job Requirements

• Proficient in using Figma design software with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing Dapp products. Must demonstrate ability to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces for blockchain-based applications.
• Capable of independently organizing product business processes, including conducting market research, defining product requirements, and developing comprehensive design specifications. Must have experience managing project progress from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Additional points will be awarded for proficiency in other languages such as Spanish, French, or Mandarin, particularly for roles requiring international collaboration.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and blockchain technology fundamentals. Must have experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and marketing teams. Must be able to present design concepts clearly and provide constructive feedback during design reviews.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Must demonstrate problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project needs.
• Preferred experience with cryptocurrency ecosystems and smart contract development. Must have knowledge of design systems and component libraries for scalable Dapp solutions.
• Must be able to create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and user flow diagrams. Experience with design tools beyond Figma is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce pixel-perfect designs that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. Must have experience with responsive design for multiple device types.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining open communication with team members. Must be proactive in identifying design challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
