Job Description
As a Senior Growth PM, you will lead the development and execution of growth strategies across multiple dimensions. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and product teams to spearhead the launch of innovative products and ambitious experiments, ensuring seamless integration of cross-functional efforts.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention, prioritizing the optimization of product features to drive substantial user and revenue growth.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, including target user analysis, demographic studies, and behavioral insights, to identify novel growth opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Craft and sustain a growth roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with broader company goals while actively driving the company's growth trajectory through actionable initiatives.
- Monitor and assess the performance of growth initiatives using analytics tools, relying on data-driven insights to steer and refine strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define growth metrics, track KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact experiments, balancing risk and reward to test new hypotheses and validate growth assumptions.
- Work with data scientists and analysts to interpret user behavior patterns, uncovering actionable insights for product and marketing improvements.
- Develop and maintain a culture of experimentation and data-centric decision-making across the organization.
- Coordinate with customer success teams to understand user pain points and align growth strategies with customer needs.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role, with a strong track record in driving growth metrics and product success.
- Advanced understanding of user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies, with expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude for data collection and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and translating business goals into technical execution.
- Ability to develop and maintain a growth roadmap, including quarterly objectives, key milestones, and resource allocation plans.
- Experience in conducting market research, including competitive analysis, user segmentation, and behavioral modeling, to uncover growth opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying scalable solutions to complex growth challenges.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management, with experience in iterating product features based on user feedback and performance data.

- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in growth hacking or product management roles.
