Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, optimization, and iteration of the company's PC products. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of product development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning, design, optimization, and iteration of the company's PC products
- Complete the version planning for the product under your responsibility, including functional design, and output PRD and prototype design drafts
- Implement relevant requirements, communicate and coordinate with relevant departments, track implementation progress, and participate in functional acceptance
- Complete requirement management for the responsible product and continuously collect requirements for analysis
- Evaluate and participate in the maintenance of departmental demand pools
- Monitor competitor dynamics and industry conditions, and complete competitor analysis as well as industry analysis reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience in PC software or hardware products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in product management tools and prototyping software
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Trello
- Background in technical writing or documentation
