Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Figma and have a strong background in designing decentralized applications (Dapps). This role requires the ability to independently manage product business, create prototypes, and oversee project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Figma design software to create high-quality Dapp product designs
- Organize and manage product business requirements independently
- Design and develop product prototypes from concept to completion
- Monitor and manage project progress to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Figma design software with demonstrated experience
- Prior experience designing Dapp products is required
- Ability to independently organize product business and design prototypes
- Strong project management skills to track and manage progress
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Additional language proficiency is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in blockchain or decentralized technology environments
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for web3 applications
- Understanding of smart contracts and blockchain interactions
- Portfolio showcasing Dapp design projects
