Product Manager at Momentum

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Product Requirement Output - Deeply understand business goals and user needs, combine market and competitor research, develop product solutions
• Write high-quality PRD documents, sort out product processes and boundary scenarios, promote project development rhythm
• Combine user feedback and data, continuously iterate product functions and experience
• Product Prototypes and Design Collaboration - Use tools such as Figure/Sketch/Axure to draw prototypes, have certain UI/UX design capabilities, and be able to efficiently collaborate with designers
• Collaborate with UI/UX team closely to ensure that the design meets user experience and brand consistency requirements
• Follow up on design restoration and implementation, pay attention to interaction details and response logic, improve product completion
• Project Promotion and Cross-Departmental Communication - Work closely with R&D, design, operation and other teams to ensure that the product is launched on time and with high quality
• Drive problem solving, coordinate resources, manage project progress, and ensure the healthy operation of the product rhythm

Web3 Product Thinking

• Understand the core mechanisms of Web3 (wallets, on-chain data, NFTs, DeFi, etc.), have on-chain product experience
• Able to design on-chain interaction experience from the user end, improve the comprehensibility and usability of complex interactions
• Familiar with common Web3 wallets (such as MetaMask, Nightly, Petra) and front-end access processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Web3 product development is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on schedule
