Job Description
This position requires a highly motivated Product Manager with at least 3 years of experience in product management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing the entire product lifecycle including requirement gathering, definition, prototyping, development coordination, launch, and post-launch analysis. You will be responsible for independently owning a product or module and executing all aspects of the product lifecycle. Basic understanding of Web3 technologies and technical implementations is required to facilitate effective communication with engineering teams. Strong self-drive and initiative are essential for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with payment, custody, or trading systems
- Prior exposure to compliance requirements
- Experience in building products from 0 to 1
- International education background with fluent English proficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Deeply understand business requirements and collaborate in creating product roadmaps, release plans, designs, implementations, and operational strategies
- Develop product architecture, feature lists, PRDs, interaction prototypes, and detailed user stories
- Maintain effective communication with R&D, design, and QA teams to ensure full understanding of product requirements
- Drive and coordinate development progress, guide UI/UX design, feature implementation, and process development while ensuring product quality
- Conduct product optimization by tracking implementation results, analyzing product data, identifying user pain points, and improving versions
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of product design and project management experience with strong documentation skills (gaming industry experience preferred)
- Complete product development experience (B2B/B2C) with expertise in full-cycle development including requirement, progress, and operations management
- Proficiency in common product design tools (experience with version control tools is a plus)
- Excellent logical thinking, innovation capability, execution power, and product lifecycle management skills
- Outstanding communication and coordination abilities with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Web2 product orientation (blockchain-related work background preferred)
- Strong learning adaptability, self-motivation, responsibility, and ability to adjust based on work requirements
- English working proficiency (candidates with international education background preferred)
