Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive experience in managing the entire product lifecycle, including requirement gathering, definition, prototyping, development coordination, launch, and post-launch analysis. You will be responsible for independently owning a product or product module and executing all aspects of the product lifecycle.
The candidate should possess a fundamental understanding of Web3 technologies and basic technical implementation concepts to facilitate effective communication with technical teams. Strong self-motivation and initiative are essential qualities we're looking for.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with payment, custody, or trading systems
- Prior experience working with compliance teams
- Experience in building products from 0 to 1
- International study experience with fluent English reading and writing skills
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand business requirements and collaborate in formulating product plans, version roadmaps, designs, implementation strategies, and operational solutions
- Complete product architecture design, feature lists, PRD documentation, interaction prototypes, and detailed user stories
- Maintain effective communication with R&D, design, and testing teams to ensure full understanding of product requirements
- Drive and coordinate product development progress, guide UI/UX design, feature implementation, and process development while ensuring product quality
- Conduct product optimization by tracking implementation results and business development, analyzing product data, identifying user pain points, and improving versions
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of product design or project management experience with strong documentation skills; gaming industry experience preferred
- Complete product development experience (B2B or B2C) with familiarity of full product development cycle and successful cases in requirement, progress, and operation management
- Proficient in common product design tools; knowledge of version control tools is a plus
- Excellent logical thinking, innovation spirit, execution capability, and strong product lifecycle management skills
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills with emphasis on teamwork and cross-departmental problem-solving
- Experience with Web2 products; blockchain-related work background is advantageous
- Strong learning adaptability, proactive attitude, responsibility, and ability to self-adjust according to work requirements
- Ability to use English as working language; overseas study experience preferred
