Job Description
We are looking for a product manager with experience in the field of cryptocurrency (Crypto) or trading tools, responsible for planning, designing, and implementing the company's core products. You will work closely with the development team, design team, marketing team, and operations team to drive continuous innovation and optimization of the product, ensuring that the product maintains a leading position in the fiercely competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Planning and Design: Responsible for requirement analysis, functional design, and product planning of cryptocurrency or trading tool related products, and developing product roadmaps.
- Deeply understand user needs, combine market trends and competitive analysis, and propose innovative product solutions.
- Write a detailed Product Requirements Document (PRD) and communicate with the technical team to ensure that product functionality is implemented as planned.
- Project Management and Execution: Coordinate cross departmental resources to drive the entire process of product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Track product development progress, promptly identify and resolve issues in the project, and ensure product quality.
- Market and User Research: Continuously track the dynamics of the cryptocurrency industry, understand market trends, policy changes, and competitor product strategies.
- Continuously optimize product experience, improve user satisfaction and retention rate through user feedback, data analysis, and other means.
- Cooperation and Communication: Work closely with teams in technology, design, marketing, operations, etc. to ensure the achievement of product goals.
- Maintain good communication with external partners, exchanges, wallet service providers, etc., and promote the implementation of cooperative projects.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor key product indicators through data analysis tools, propose optimization suggestions, and drive implementation.
- Regularly conduct product reviews, summarize experiences and lessons learned, and continuously improve product management level.
