Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of engineers and cross-functional representatives in building blockchain infrastructure, DeFi protocols, and wallets for institutional and platform clients. This includes overseeing the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions that meet stringent security and performance standards.
• Identify significant opportunities in ambiguous areas by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and evaluating unmet needs. Build consensus around the roadmap through collaborative workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Owning the roadmap, strategy, and execution for your area of ownership involves defining long-term goals, setting milestones, and monitoring progress. This requires proactive risk management, resource allocation, and adapting to dynamic market conditions to ensure project success.
• Define success for your team by establishing clear KPIs and performance metrics. Determine metrics that align with business outcomes, such as user adoption rates, system reliability, and security compliance. Develop processes to measure progress, including agile methodologies, regular performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to ensure cohesive development of features, user experiences, and system integrations. This includes fostering innovation, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate technical progress and strategic updates to stakeholders, including executives, investors, and client partners. This involves creating clear documentation, presenting data visualizations, and translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget by managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and prioritizing critical tasks. This includes overseeing quality assurance processes, conducting code reviews, and implementing feedback loops for iterative improvements.
• Stay abreast of advancements in blockchain technology, DeFi innovations, and wallet security to maintain a competitive edge. This involves continuous learning, attending industry conferences, and integrating cutting-edge solutions into the product roadmap.
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients and platform partners to understand their unique requirements and deliver tailored solutions. This includes managing client expectations, conducting needs assessments, and ensuring post-launch support and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and security protocols to mitigate risks and maintain trust. This involves implementing best practices, conducting audits, and maintaining documentation for transparency and accountability.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams within blockchain or fintech domains, with a track record of successful product launches and infrastructure development.
• Advanced knowledge of blockchain technology, including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and decentralized systems, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking skills to identify market opportunities, define roadmaps, and align technical initiatives with business objectives in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution of projects.
• Ability to define and measure success through KPIs, performance metrics, and process optimization, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes for institutional and platform clients.
