Job Description
BitGo is seeking a dynamic professional to drive growth and revenue generation across its comprehensive suite of blockchain solutions. This includes secure digital wallets, regulated custody services, and prime offerings through strategic client acquisition and relationship development. The ideal candidate will serve as a key representative of BitGo's products and services, engaging with clients and industry stakeholders in the Asia-Pacific region while also contributing to global initiatives when required. This role requires a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and evolving industry trends to position BitGo as a leading provider in the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from initial client engagement to successful onboarding, including preparation of tailored presentations, proposals, and coordination with cross-functional teams such as trading, lending, operations, compliance, and support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deep dives to showcase BitGo's capabilities in custody, trading, staking, lending, and DeFi solutions, aligning these offerings with specific client needs and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze regional market microstructure, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests, resolve issues, and manage initiatives that support BitGo's business goals.
- Represent BitGo at industry events and client meetings, building brand visibility and establishing thought leadership in the APAC region and beyond.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the blockchain or fintech industry, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and building client relationships.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and regulatory frameworks relevant to custody and DeFi services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Proficiency in market analysis and competitive intelligence, with experience in identifying growth opportunities and developing strategic plans.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on client interactions.
- Fluency in English and/or regional languages to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders across the APAC region.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving industry landscape, staying updated on technological advancements and regulatory changes.
- Experience with sales tools and CRM systems, including Salesforce or HubSpot, to manage client pipelines and track performance metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges and driving business outcomes.
