Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the design and implementation of incentive programs for the WOOFi Pro platform. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including front-end engineers, QA, design, and marketing to drive product success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of incentive programs for the WOOFi Pro platform
- Work closely with front-end engineers, QA, design and marketing teams to ensure successful program execution
- Optimize user conversion processes and strategies to increase user engagement and retention
- Enhance DEX products to meet market demands and deliver exceptional user experience
- Utilize data analysis to monitor user behavior and identify product improvement opportunities
- Measure the success of initiatives through comprehensive data analysis
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to drive continuous product improvement and innovation
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all product development stages
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in DeFi or cryptocurrency platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent understanding of DEX products and market dynamics
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in designing and implementing incentive programs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Experience in blockchain technology and smart contracts
