Job Description
As a core member of the product development team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our global top 5 platform. This role involves deep involvement in the design and implementation of cutting-edge products across multiple domains including trading systems, wealth management solutions, quantitative algorithms, and social platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features and functionalities while maintaining the highest standards of performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of high-performance, reliable, and innovative products across trading, wealth management, quantitative, and social platforms
- Collaborate with product, operations, and testing teams to ensure cross-departmental alignment and project success
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to uncover new value-added scenarios and user demands
- Design and implement technical solutions that enhance platform capabilities while maintaining security and scalability standards
- Participate in regular product reviews and feedback sessions to refine features based on user needs and market trends
- Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes, system architecture, and development methodologies
- Support the onboarding of new team members and knowledge sharing within the development community
- Monitor industry developments and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product development with a strong focus on technical implementation and innovation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities, with experience in cross-cultural collaboration
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ with a solid understanding of distributed systems architecture
- Experience with agile development methodologies and iterative project management frameworks
