Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Product Operations Lecturer to join our team. This role involves designing and delivering high-quality training courses, creating comprehensive learning materials, and providing engaging online instruction to students. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve course offerings and ensure the content remains relevant and practical.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop operational training courses suitable for different levels
- Create detailed course plans, lecture notes, and learning materials to ensure that the content is cutting-edge and practical
- Carry out online teaching according to the plan, explain web3 operation content and answer questions for students
- Collaborate with the academic team to optimize course schedules and teaching resources
Additional Responsibilities
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant case studies into course materials
- Participate in curriculum development meetings and contribute innovative teaching methodologies
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product operations or related training roles
