Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user segments and behaviors to identify product features that can boost user engagement and retention. Continuously collaborate with product teams to drive optimization and iteration.
- Manage users throughout their lifecycle based on their status and business needs, ensuring execution and conducting performance reviews.
- Monitor key operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-5 years of experience in user/product operations in internet/finance industries. Web3 operation experience is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, logical thinking, and stress tolerance.
- Passionate about tackling challenges, quick learner, and committed to self-improvement.
- Proficiency in data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and experience with CRM systems preferred.
