Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall project scheduling planning and schedule tracking (including on-chain, technology development, UI/UX, art, promotional rhythm, etc.)
• Integrate the progress of various departments and hold regular meetings to identify issues and adjust resources in a timely manner
• Collaborate with design, development, marketing, public relations, and other units to ensure task execution
• Serve as a liaison window for external collaboration (partners, suppliers, designers, etc.)
• Establish and maintain project data (Notion, Google Drive, Gantt charts, update files, etc.)
• Pre-identify risks and blockages, coordinating and actively solving problems

Job Requirements

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Fluent communication abilities in English and other relevant languages
• Familiarity with Web3 or technology industry processes
• Experience in cross-departmental coordination and project tracking
• Ability to manage multiple promotional lines simultaneously (MiniApp, NFT, art, technology integration)
• Proficiency in project management tools (Notion, Google Drive, Gantt charts)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to pre-identify risks
• Experience in external collaboration and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry
• Background in technology development or digital marketing
• Knowledge of NFT and decentralized applications (dApps)
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
