Job Description
Whiffin is seeking a highly organized and communicative Project Manager with experience in the Web3 or technology industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cross-departmental coordination, scheduling control, external liaison, and project progress tracking. This role involves ensuring efficiency and transparency across multiple promotional lines (MiniApp, NFT, art, technology integration, collaborative promotion) while meeting all project milestones on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall project scheduling planning and schedule tracking (including on-chain, technology development, UI/UX, art, promotional rhythm, etc.)
- Integrate the progress of various departments and hold regular meetings to identify issues and adjust resources in a timely manner
- Collaborate with design, development, marketing, public relations, and other units to ensure task execution
- Serve as a liaison window for external collaboration (partners, suppliers, designers, etc.)
- Establish and maintain project data (Notion, Google Drive, Gantt charts, update files, etc.)
- Pre-identify risks and blockages, coordinating and actively solving problems
Job Requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Fluent communication abilities in English and other relevant languages
- Familiarity with Web3 or technology industry processes
- Experience in cross-departmental coordination and project tracking
- Ability to manage multiple promotional lines simultaneously (MiniApp, NFT, art, technology integration)
- Proficiency in project management tools (Notion, Google Drive, Gantt charts)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to pre-identify risks
- Experience in external collaboration and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry
- Background in technology development or digital marketing
- Knowledge of NFT and decentralized applications (dApps)
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
