Job Description
1. Oversee the full lifecycle of project management, including requirement clarification, scheduling, execution, monitoring, change management, release and launch, closure, and ensure the smooth delivery of the project. 2. Implement and improve standardized development processes to enhance operational efficiency and maintain quality benchmarks. 3. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues within the project, provide data-driven suggestions for optimization, and drive cross-departmental improvements to elevate organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to post-launch evaluation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.
- Design and enforce standardized workflows for project development, continuously refining processes to improve productivity and reduce errors.
- Conduct risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions with business requirements.
- Document and communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions to stakeholders and team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably with a focus on product development or software engineering.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices for efficient project execution.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate technical and business requirements, and the ability to translate them into actionable plans.
- Proficient in risk management frameworks and problem-solving techniques to address complex challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and coordinate with team members.
- Fluency in English and willingness to work with international teams and clients.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in developing high-performance, scalable platforms with a track record of successful delivery.
