Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish English-language content tailored to Defi product updates, on-chain data organization, PR articles, and event explanatory documents. This includes crafting engaging narratives for community education and product promotion.
• Conduct regular data analysis on content performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and audience demographics. Generate actionable insights to refine content strategies and improve platform visibility.
• Act as the primary liaison with overseas users and communities, fostering relationships through targeted communication and feedback collection. This involves moderating discussions and addressing user concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with product development timelines and marketing goals. Provide input on content calendar planning and thematic focus.
• Monitor trends in the Defi space and adapt content strategies to reflect market changes. This includes staying updated on regulatory developments and technological advancements.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including content scheduling, analytics tracking, and community management tools. Must have experience with platforms like Twitter, Discord, and YouTube.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce high-quality content for diverse audiences. Strong attention to detail is required for content accuracy.
• Technical expertise in Defi protocols and blockchain ecosystems. Must understand Curve/Convex/Ve (3,3) systems and their operational mechanics.
• Experience with Defi/on-chain data tools such as DefiLlama, Dune Analytics, and Dexscreener. Ability to interpret and visualize complex data sets for content creation.
• Background in DeFi or related fintech domains, with demonstrable experience in product development, market analysis, or community building. Familiarity with Defi project lifecycle is essential.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate content performance, user engagement, and platform trends. Must be able to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with overseas social media networks, including platforms like Reddit, Telegram, and Discord. Preference for candidates with access to international blockchain media channels and Defi community resources.
• Proven track record in content creation for Defi projects, including video scripts, infographic design, and written articles. Ability to produce content across multiple formats and platforms.
• Knowledge of cross-cultural communication strategies to effectively engage global audiences. Experience working with international teams or markets is advantageous.
• Advanced understanding of Defi metrics and KPIs, including TVL, APR, and user acquisition. Ability to analyze on-chain data for content optimization.
• Education or work experience in international markets, with preference for candidates with overseas academic backgrounds in finance, technology, or related fields.
