Job Description
The Marketing and Public Relations Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth. This role oversees all public relations activities, including media relations and corporate reputation management, while leading a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with media, partners, and key influencers
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and PR outcomes
- Develop crisis communication plans and manage PR responses when needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years experience in marketing and public relations management
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong media relations and crisis management skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze market data and consumer insights
