As a Senior QA Engineer specializing in blockchain applications, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our cross-platform trading products. Your work will directly impact millions of users interacting with decentralized finance protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Platform Testing: Lead comprehensive functional, integration, and regression testing across web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android) to deliver seamless multi-device user experiences.
- Blockchain Interaction Testing: Rigorously validate frontend-smart contract interactions by simulating real-world scenarios including gas price fluctuations, failed transactions, network congestion, and chain reorganizations.
- Performance Engineering: Design and execute stress tests for high-frequency trading scenarios, identifying system bottlenecks (latency, throughput) while providing actionable optimization recommendations.
- Root Cause Analysis: Leverage blockchain explorers (Etherscan/Solscan) and logging tools to diagnose issues at code/architecture levels, delivering solutions beyond basic bug reporting.
- Product Excellence: Provide expert-level UX/UI feedback from professional trader perspectives, contributing to product design decisions.
- AI-Augmented Testing: Implement AI tools (ChatGPT/Copilot) for test automation, edge case generation, and log analysis to maximize coverage and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Trading Expertise: Deep understanding of order matching, liquidity mechanisms, and market microstructure.
- Web3 Proficiency: Mastery of on-chain/off-chain workflows with hands-on experience analyzing raw transaction data via blockchain explorers.
- Technical Stack:
- Advanced knowledge of web/mobile testing frameworks
- Performance testing tools (JMeter/LoadRunner)
- Automation frameworks (Playwright/Cypress/Appium)
- Debugging Mastery: Ability to isolate issues across frontend rendering, backend APIs, and smart contract execution layers.
