Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Liquidity Development Engineer/Expert to join our exchange track team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge liquidity management solutions to enhance market depth and trading efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated liquidity management tools to ensure optimal market depth and liquidity
- Develop and optimize sophisticated market making algorithms including price tracking, open trading, and arbitrage strategies
- Collect and analyze comprehensive market data including trading volume, liquidity distribution, and market depth
- Design high-performance trading and matching systems with low latency and high throughput capabilities
- Maintain high availability of liquidity-related systems and proactively monitor performance bottlenecks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven experience in developing liquidity management systems or market making algorithms
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Python, or Java
- Deep understanding of financial markets, trading mechanisms, and liquidity concepts
- Experience with high-performance, low-latency system design
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment and handle multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges or digital asset trading platforms
- Knowledge of quantitative trading strategies and algorithmic trading
- Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Understanding of risk management principles in trading systems
