Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate evaluation to interview and hiring management.
- Utilize various creative techniques to source and identify top talents, including passive candidates, through multiple platforms.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including assessing resource status and requirements, coordinating recruitment activities, and managing talent introduction initiatives.
- Evaluate and manage the candidate recommendation process to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring efforts.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Passion for identifying and attracting top talent to support organizational goals.
