Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate evaluation to interview and hiring management.
  • Utilize various creative techniques to source and identify top talents, including passive candidates, through multiple platforms.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including assessing resource status and requirements, coordinating recruitment activities, and managing talent introduction initiatives.
  • Evaluate and manage the candidate recommendation process to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring efforts.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Passion for identifying and attracting top talent to support organizational goals.
