Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team, focusing on BD (Business Development) sales positions in China. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, to support our company's growth and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruiting BD sales positions in China based on company business needs, including resume screening, interview organization, and employment follow-up.
- Familiar with the company's business model and have a deep understanding of the BD job requirements.
- Explore outstanding talents through various recruitment channels (recruitment websites, social media platforms, industry resources, etc.) and establish a talent reserve pool.
- Efficiently promote the recruitment process, ensure recruitment quality and speed, and shorten the recruitment cycle.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding related matters, track onboarding status, and assist the team in integrating new employees.
- Regularly analyze recruitment data, submit recruitment reports, and provide data support for optimizing recruitment strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in BD or sales roles within the China market.
- Strong understanding of recruitment channels and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, to facilitate smooth communication.
