Job Description
This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic research initiatives within a dynamic organization. You will be responsible for identifying research needs, designing methodologies, and delivering insights that drive organizational growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end research projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and team members to generate strategic recommendations, build implementation roadmaps, and define measurable success criteria.
  • Develop and prioritize project roadmaps based on organizational priorities, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives that deliver tangible value.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to support tactical execution and long-term strategic planning.
  • Facilitate workshops across departments to share research outcomes, foster collaboration, and ensure strategic alignment throughout the organization.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market trend assessments, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Refine research methodologies and tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and relevance of deliverables for diverse business needs.
  • Document processes and outcomes in a clear, concise manner to maintain transparency and enable knowledge sharing across teams.
Job Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field with a focus on analytical disciplines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to synthesize data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful conclusions from complex information.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports, presentations, and workshops.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Python, along with experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and deliverables.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Curiosity and initiative to explore new research areas, challenge assumptions, and propose innovative solutions to business problems.
  • Basic understanding of strategic frameworks and business processes to contribute meaningfully to high-level decision-making discussions.
  • Preferred: Experience with market research, competitive intelligence, or strategic consulting projects; familiarity with industry-specific tools or methodologies.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, balance workload, and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
