Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute research projects related to blockchain, Web3, digital economy, governance, AI, and policy
• Conduct collaborative research projects with both public and private sector partners
• Prepare and present materials for global forums, conferences, and other external events
• Lead research team activities and coordinate cross-functional projects (for Head of Research position)
• Develop research methodologies and frameworks for emerging technology topics

Job Requirements

• Advanced degree in relevant field (economics, computer science, public policy, etc.) or equivalent experience
• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
• Experience in technology policy or emerging tech research preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• For Head of Research: 5+ years of research leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Published research papers or articles in relevant fields
• Experience presenting at international conferences or forums
• Network within blockchain/Web3/AI communities
• Understanding of both technical and policy aspects of emerging technologies
