Job Description
We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team in the positions of Head of Research and Researcher. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research in emerging technology fields and contributing to high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and executing research projects related to blockchain, web3, digital economy, governance, AI, and policy
- Performing collaborative research tasks with both public and private sector partners
- Writing and publishing high-quality research materials for external dissemination
- Representing the organization at global forums, conferences, and other external events
- Developing research methodologies and frameworks for emerging technology analysis
- Mentoring junior researchers and contributing to team knowledge sharing
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree in relevant field (economics, computer science, political science, or related disciplines)
- Minimum 3 years of research experience in technology-related fields
- Strong publication record in academic or industry publications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams
- Experience presenting research findings at conferences or public forums
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Passion for emerging technologies and their societal impacts
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in relevant field
- Experience securing research grants or funding
- Multilingual capabilities
- Established network in the technology research community
