Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Solana Rust Engineer to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge security research and development in the Solana ecosystem. This role focuses on building secure, high-performance blockchain solutions while enhancing developer workflows and security tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cutting-edge security research in Solana and Rust-based blockchains
- Develop security tooling and developer workflows for Solana to aid in early vulnerability detection
- Design, develop, and optimize Solana programs using Rust and Anchor framework
- Build high-performance, secure onchain protocols for blockchain security and fraud detection
- Support the team in developing transaction monitoring and risk analysis tools to enhance DeFi security on Solana
- Work closely with backend and security engineers to integrate Solana programs into our broader cross-chain security ecosystem
- Implement Solana-specific security best practices to mitigate vulnerabilities in smart contracts
- Optimize onchain logic to ensure low latency and gas-efficient execution
- Stay updated with the latest Solana developments, vulnerabilities, and performance improvements
Technical Requirements
- Strong expertise in Rust programming language
- Experience with Solana blockchain development and Anchor framework
- Knowledge of blockchain security principles and smart contract vulnerabilities
- Understanding of DeFi protocols and their security considerations
- Familiarity with cross-chain interoperability concepts
- Experience with performance optimization in blockchain environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in blockchain security research
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
- Knowledge of other blockchain ecosystems beyond Solana
- Experience with transaction monitoring systems
- Background in cryptography or distributed systems
