Job Description:
Content & Social Manager
Write, edit, schedule and publish across the blog, X, LinkedIn and newsletter on a daily cadence, monitoring engagement and adjusting as you go
Produce the Range Stablecoin Fireside podcast end-to-end: research topics, draft guest questions, coordinate recordings, edit video, publish to YouTube and cut clips for social
Lead rapid-response investigation content during protocol exploits and security incidents, using Range's explorer, Risk API and alert systems to publish detailed analysis
Work with customers and the sales team to produce case studies that showcase Range's work, and identify relevant third-party events, podcasts and speaking opportunities
Manage the editorial calendar, social media assets (graphics, promo cards from design templates) and content performance analytics, surfacing insights to the wider Marketing team
Support the team with website, docs and sales literature, plus ad-hoc GTM and growth ops tasks
Job Requirements:
Strong writing and editing skills, you can take talking points and turn them into something clear, sharp and on-brand
Deep understanding of or strong interest in how traditional finance, payment systems and compliance/risk management are moving onto blockchain and stablecoin infrastructure
Curiosity about onchain security and investigations, you'll use Range's tools to analyze protocol exploits and write about them
Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, not just personal accounts
Experience with Figma for creating assets from templates and a video editing tool (Riverside, Descript, DaVinci or similar) for producing podcast episodes and clips
Self-directed and organized: you run your own queue and hit deadlines without chasing
Nice to Have
2-4 years of experience in content marketing or social media management, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
Experience with AI-assisted content workflows
Experience with podcast or video production workflows
Experience coordinating events or conference logistics
