Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Blockchain Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of blockchain-related products and services, including but not limited to Web3 projects, blockchain solutions, and consulting services.

In this role, you will independently manage the entire sales cycle from initial client communication and needs assessment to proposal presentation, negotiation, deal closure, and payment collection.

You will be expected to actively prospect new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts to enhance repeat business and referrals.

Collaboration with BD, technical, and operations teams will be crucial to ensure successful project implementation.

Regular reporting on sales progress and market feedback will be required to help optimize our sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of blockchain products and services (Web3 projects, solutions, consulting)
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Develop new client relationships and maintain existing accounts
Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, tech, and operations teams
Provide regular sales reports and market insights

Job Requirements:

Age 23-40 with 1+ years sales experience (blockchain/finance/sales background preferred)
Understanding of blockchain fundamentals (Web3, wallets, chains, smart contracts, crypto assets)
Excellent communication and closing skills with ability to drive client decisions
Strong goal orientation, results-driven mindset, and resilience under pressure
Bilingual English/Chinese capability is a plus (not mandatory)
