This role is a pivotal position within the growth department, dedicated to driving user acquisition and expansion strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of traffic growth strategies to achieve predefined user acquisition targets.
- Identify and evaluate new traffic channels, including but not limited to industry partnerships, online platforms, and promotional collaborations, to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, ensuring seamless cooperation and mutual growth objectives.
- Provide operational support to channels, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to improve output and efficiency.
- Monitor market dynamics and company strategies to adjust traffic plans dynamically and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Actively engage in industry events and networking opportunities to uncover potential growth avenues and establish new partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling user acquisition campaigns and content.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to traffic growth, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential traffic sources, partners, and market trends for strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or growth roles with a focus on user acquisition and traffic generation.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate traffic sources, user behavior, and market trends effectively.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities to secure partnerships and collaborations with external channels.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to track KPIs and optimize growth strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings and strategies to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing, is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS or tech industry is preferred, but not mandatory.

Qualifications
