Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance and expanding business resources while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to provide valuable feedback to the company.
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales performance targets including new product sales and promotion of managed resources
  • Gain in-depth understanding of customer needs and provide real-time feedback on product requirements, issues, and technical support needs
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, with special focus on key clients
  • Expand business resources including maintenance resources, operation and maintenance resources, mining pool computing power, marketing resources, and new business resources
Additional Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address technical requirements
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback
Required Skills
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and market trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the industry is preferred
