Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance and expanding business resources while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to provide valuable feedback to the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales performance targets including new product sales and promotion of managed resources
- Gain in-depth understanding of customer needs and provide real-time feedback on product requirements, issues, and technical support needs
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, with special focus on key clients
- Expand business resources including maintenance resources, operation and maintenance resources, mining pool computing power, marketing resources, and new business resources
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address technical requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback
