Job Description:
MBA Sales Intern (Summer 2026)
Conduct industry and market research to identify key market opportunities and optimize the team’s sales effort
Source prospective Ripple partners including payment and FinTech companies, financial institutions and digital asset infrastructure players, and tech companies
Support the sourcing of new deals by searching for opportunities on major platforms, databases, attending conferences, meetups, among others
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams; collaborate with compliance, legal, and finance to ensure efficient and compliant strategy execution
Spot opportunities through structured qualitative customer feedback, quantitative analyses, and competitive analyses
Be the “voice of the market” through industry research, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis
Job Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a business degree program with a graduation date of 2027.
Available to work for 12 weeks during Summer 2026, beginning in May or June.
Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship.
Ideal candidates are creative problem solvers, strong communicators, and action-oriented leaders who influence cross-functionally and leverage data insights to execute swiftly.
Passion for FinTech, blockchain and emerging technologies.
Experience in consulting, business development, product marketing, strategic partnerships or web3.
Experience conducting research and presenting thoughtful analysis with clear recommendations.
Works effectively with team members, takes on responsibility, and work independently
Experience working within a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
