As a Business Development Manager at Polygon Labs, you will lead strategic collaboration efforts with global enterprises, financial institutions, and Web3-native projects. Reporting to the Growth leadership team, you'll shape and execute go-to-market strategies, champion Polygon technology (Agglayer, CDK, PoS), and drive ecosystem expansion in areas such as RWA tokenization, DeFi, and cross-chain infrastructure. If you're passionate about blockchain innovation, thrive in a fast-moving remote-first environment, and are energized by building meaningful connections across industries—this role is for you.Your ResponsibilitiesIdentify and close high-impact commercial collaborations with enterprises, financial institutions, and ecosystem players to expand adoption of Polygon Labs' solutions, including Agglayer and CDKExecute region-specific growth strategies in North America, LATAM, and APAC in alignment with local regulatory and market conditionsWork closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to deliver seamless integration experiences and post-deal success for collaboratorsRepresent Polygon Labs externally at conferences, industry events, and social forums to advocate for our technology stack and ecosystem visionConduct market research and analysis to track trends in RWA tokenization, stablecoins, DeFi, and broader Web3 infrastructureMaintain and grow a strong network of institutional and ecosystem contacts to uncover new strategic opportunitiesWhat You’ll Need5+ years experience in business development, enterprise sales, or ecosystem growth, ideally within blockchain, fintech, or capital marketsStrong understanding of blockchain protocols, Ethereum scaling (especially ZK rollups), smart contracts, and the broader Web3 ecosystemProven track record of negotiating and closing complex commercial agreementsExceptional communication skills and comfort interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience operating in remote-first teams and across time zonesFamiliarity with Polygon Labs’ technology stack (Agglayer, CDK, Polygon PoS) preferredPreferred QualificationsExisting relationships within blockchain, fintech, or capital markets ecosystemsExperience working with RWA tokenization, custody, or enterprise blockchain use casesProficiency in CRM tools and data-driven partnership reportingBachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology or equivalent practical experienceWillingness to travel to industry events and in-person meetings when requiredPolygon Labs PerksThe goal of the Polygon Labs total rewards program is to support the health and well-being of you and your family.
