Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for stablecoin payment systems, translating industry insights and user feedback into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and compliance departments, to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform product roadmap decisions.
• Monitor product performance metrics, such as conversion rates and user engagement, to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted enhancements.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder reviews to ensure product goals are met and to align with business objectives across all departments.
• Design and manage end-to-end product lifecycle processes, from concept development to post-launch optimization, ensuring continuous value delivery.
• Engage with external partners and industry experts to stay updated on emerging technologies and market opportunities.
• Document product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide development teams effectively.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within fintech or blockchain industries, with a focus on payment systems.
