Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy, and develop a clear roadmap and iteration plan.
• Manage the public chain product life cycle, including market research, competitive analysis, requirements gathering, product planning, and post-release evaluation.
• Work with technical teams to ensure product functionality and performance meet technical feasibility and business goals.
• Design and optimize user interfaces and user experiences to increase user satisfaction and engagement.
• Develop and execute product launch plans, including internal testing, user feedback collection, and product optimization.
• Analyze product performance data and make product iterations based on data-driven decisions.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and rollout plans.
• Track industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their impact on products and potential integration opportunities.
• Manage product budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in blockchain or public chain products.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in user experience design and optimization is a plus.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and industry trends is highly desirable.
