Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our public chain products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy, develop a clear roadmap and iteration plan
- Manage the full lifecycle of public chain products, including market research, competitive analysis, requirement gathering, product planning, and post-release evaluation
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product functionality and performance meet both technical feasibility and business objectives
- Design and optimize user interface and user experience to improve user satisfaction and engagement
- Develop and execute comprehensive product launch plans, including internal testing, user feedback collection, and product optimization
- Analyze product performance data and iterate products based on data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective market entry strategies and promotion plans
- Track industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their impact on products and potential integration opportunities
- Manage product budget and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Additional Responsibilities
The Product Manager will also be expected to maintain strong cross-functional collaboration across departments, provide regular product updates to stakeholders, and continuously seek opportunities for product improvement and innovation. The role requires staying current with blockchain technology advancements and adapting product strategies accordingly.
