Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (Desktop) to lead the planning, development, and iteration of our Windows/macOS desktop applications. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive product excellence through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, feature prioritization, and requirement analysis for Desktop (Windows/macOS) products
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely product delivery
- Conduct in-depth user research to continuously improve product experience
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive improvements
- Drive the integration of AI capabilities (Copilot, Agent, AI Workflow etc.) into the product
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products to maintain competitive advantage
- Create detailed product specifications and documentation for development teams
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience
- Proven track record of managing Desktop (Windows/macOS) products, with at least one complete desktop product lifecycle experience
- Strong knowledge of Electron framework or native desktop application development
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI products, developer tools, or productivity software
- Familiarity with AI Coding tools (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf etc.) and ability to enhance development efficiency
- International product experience is a strong plus
- Background in SaaS, Developer Tools, AI Agent, or LLM products
- Experience with products scaling from 0→1 or handling millions of users
- Knowledge of Web3 or AI industry trends
