Senior Product Manager at Kola

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Have a deep understanding of exchange fiat currency, C2C and other businesses, quickly define and analyze problems based on business goals, and be able to output and implement solutions.
• Based on product business and user lifecycle, build services to attract new customers, promote activity, convert and other goals, and be responsible for growth indicators.
• Identify opportunities in the data, develop product strategies related to customer acquisition, acceptance, and motivation, and implement them on the ground.
• Insight into the existing problems and challenges of the product, combined with industry development trends, explore new value-added scenarios and demands, and enhance product competitiveness.
• Coordinate resources from all parties, efficiently promote product design and development implementation, track usage feedback and data, and continuously improve.
• Continuously research and analyze user behavior, provide sustainable user experience design throughout the entire product lifecycle, and enhance product user experience.

Job Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and solve complex business problems.
• Experience in exchange fiat currency, C2C, or related financial services is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing growth strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
• Ability to identify opportunities and challenges within product data and industry trends.
• Excellent coordination and project management skills to drive product development and implementation.
• Deep understanding of user behavior and experience design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
