Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the planning and design of Web3 wallet, on-chain data, transaction, and asset analysis products. The ideal candidate will combine user needs, on-chain data, and industry trends to design core product features such as Token analytics, market trends, trading systems, wallet functionalities, and address profiling.
You will conduct in-depth research into areas like Meme tokens, contract trading, RWA (Real World Assets), DEX (Decentralized Exchanges), and trending on-chain assets to continuously identify new product opportunities. The role involves managing the complete product lifecycle from requirement analysis, product planning, prototype design to development and launch.
Collaboration with R&D, design, operations, and marketing teams is essential to ensure high-quality product delivery. You will continuously study mainstream Web3 wallets, DEX platforms, and trading products to analyze competitors and drive product iterations.
The position requires designing differentiated and competitive product features by understanding market trends, user behaviors, and on-chain player needs. Staying updated with new Web3 protocols, assets, trading models, and industry trends to quickly transform them into product capabilities is a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop core features for Web3 wallet, trading, and analytics products
- Research emerging trends in Meme, contract trading, RWA, DEX, and on-chain assets
- Manage end-to-end product development from concept to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success
- Analyze competitor products and market trends to drive innovation
- Translate market trends and user needs into actionable product features
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of product management experience
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Web3 and on-chain transactions
- Familiarity with Meme tokens, on-chain contracts, DEX, RWA and other Web3 products
- Strong knowledge of mainstream Web3 wallets (OKX Wallet, Binance Wallet, Phantom, MetaMask, Bitget Wallet)
- Prior experience in designing Web3 wallet, trading, or data products preferred
- Strong independent product design capabilities including requirement analysis, architecture, and PRD
- Understanding of on-chain user behavior, transaction paths, wallet UX, and asset discovery
- Excellent user insight, data analysis, and logical thinking skills
- High sensitivity to Web3 trends with ability to quickly translate market trends into products
- Innovative mindset to create industry-leading products beyond competitor replication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Web3 Wallet/DEX/Aggregator/Trading/On-chain Data products
- Background in Meme trading, Smart Money, address profiling, Token discovery, or on-chain analytics
- Familiarity with Solana/EVM ecosystems and major protocols
- Active DeFi, Meme, RWA or on-chain trading experience
- Experience leading products from 0 to 1 successfully
- Thoughts on AI+Web3, smart trading, or automated trading solutions
