Job Description
We are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the planning and design of Web3 wallet, on-chain data, trading, and asset analytics products. The ideal candidate will combine user needs, on-chain data, and industry trends to design core product features such as Token analytics, market trends, trading interfaces, wallet functionalities, and address profiling.
You will deeply research areas like Meme tokens, contract trading, RWA (Real World Assets), DEX (Decentralized Exchanges), and trending on-chain assets to continuously identify new product opportunities. Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle from requirement analysis, product planning, prototyping to development and launch.
Collaboration with R&D, design, operations, and marketing teams will be crucial to ensure high-quality product delivery. You'll continuously study leading Web3 wallets, DEX platforms, and trading products to analyze competitors and drive product iterations.
The role requires designing differentiated and competitive product features by understanding market trends, user behaviors, and on-chain player needs. Staying updated with new Web3 protocols, assets, trading models, and industry developments is essential to quickly transform insights into product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize core product features including Token analytics, market data, trading interfaces, and wallet functionalities
- Research emerging Web3 sectors like Meme tokens, contract trading, RWA, and DEX platforms
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from conception to launch
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Conduct competitive analysis of leading Web3 products
- Translate market trends and user needs into innovative product solutions
- Stay abreast of new Web3 protocols, assets, and trading innovations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of product management experience
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Web3 and on-chain transactions
- Hands-on experience with Meme tokens, on-chain contracts, DEX, RWA and other Web3 products
- Familiarity with leading Web3 wallets (OKX, Binance, Phantom, MetaMask, Bitget, etc.)
- Prior experience designing Web3 wallet, trading, or data products preferred
- Strong independent product design capabilities including requirement analysis and PRD creation
- Understanding of on-chain user behaviors, transaction paths, and wallet experiences
- Excellent user insight, data analysis, and logical reasoning skills
- High sensitivity to Web3 trends with ability to quickly translate market movements into product plans
- Innovative mindset to create industry-leading products beyond competitor replication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Web3 Wallet/DEX/Aggregator/Trading/On-chain Data products
- Background in Meme trading, Smart Money, address profiling, or token discovery
- Knowledge of Solana/EVM ecosystems and major protocols
- Active DeFi, Meme, RWA or on-chain trading participant
- Experience launching products from 0 to 1
- Thought leadership in AI+Web3, smart trading, or automated trading
