Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the project department director in project management, including project initiation, transition phase management, process management, and report management, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with visual design, research and development, and operations departments to ensure the implementation of product design concepts.
• Prioritize requirements, set development priorities, lead product teams, and implement company decisions to achieve product goals.
• Develop product goals and plans, ensuring their effective execution and alignment with company objectives.
• Clarify project requirements, goals, and priorities to optimize resource allocation for critical projects.
• Create and manage a communication plan to ensure transparency and synchronization of information among all project stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in blockchain, product design, and wallet business.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee project initiation, transition, and delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, lead teams, and drive product development in alignment with company goals.
• Experience in developing and executing product plans while ensuring resource efficiency.
• Prior experience in wallet products is required.

• Experience in agile or scrum methodologies for project management.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in blockchain and digital wallets.
