Job Description
Responsible for conducting comprehensive product demand research to identify market opportunities and user needs. This includes participating in project planning and design phases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of market trends and competitor strategies in the financial industry, providing actionable insights for product positioning
- Develop detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) that define functional specifications, user stories, and technical requirements
- Create interactive product prototypes using tools like Axure or Figma to visualize user experiences and business workflows
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and address implementation challenges
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of requirements into development processes
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering feedback for continuous improvement and iteration
- Conduct user testing sessions to validate product functionality and usability across different scenarios
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing market research findings and product development status

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or similar roles with a focus on financial services
- Proficiency in creating and managing product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and user feedback
- Ability to design intuitive user interfaces and efficient business workflows
- Proficient in using prototyping tools (Axure, Figma) and project management software (JIRA, Trello)
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
