Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of market trends and competitor strategies in the financial industry, providing actionable insights for product positioning
• Develop detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) that define functional specifications, user stories, and technical requirements
• Create interactive product prototypes using tools like Axure or Figma to visualize user experiences and business workflows
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and address implementation challenges
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of requirements into development processes
• Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering feedback for continuous improvement and iteration
• Conduct user testing sessions to validate product functionality and usability across different scenarios
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing market research findings and product development status
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth product deployment and maintenance
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry standards to maintain product competitiveness

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or similar roles with a focus on financial services
• Proficiency in creating and managing product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and user feedback
• Ability to design intuitive user interfaces and efficient business workflows
• Proficient in using prototyping tools (Axure, Figma) and project management software (JIRA, Trello)
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis and identify market gaps
• Experience with data modeling techniques and database design principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address implementation challenges
• Proficiency in English for documentation and communication purposes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
