Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop various components of the exchange platform, including the homepage, trading interface, user dashboard, and other critical user-facing modules, ensuring consistency in visual language and interaction patterns.
• Conduct in-depth user research and analysis to identify pain points, preferences, and behavioral trends, translating these insights into design solutions that enhance usability and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UX researchers, to ensure the seamless implementation of UI design concepts through iterative feedback and version control.
• Continuously monitor user feedback and analytics to refine existing designs, optimize performance, and introduce new features that maintain a competitive edge in user experience.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and product planning meetings to contribute to strategic decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Document design processes, wireframes, and user flows to provide clear guidance for development teams and maintain a centralized design repository for future reference.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, technologies, and accessibility standards to ensure the product remains modern, inclusive, and compliant with industry best practices.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing digital exchange platforms or similar complex systems.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop, along with a solid understanding of HTML/CSS for prototyping and collaboration with developers.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions, present concepts to stakeholders, and facilitate discussions with technical teams.
• Ability to balance creative vision with technical constraints, ensuring designs are both aesthetically pleasing and feasible for implementation.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to creating accessible, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces across multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative design processes, including sprints, user testing, and continuous improvement cycles.
• Knowledge of UX principles, including user journey mapping, information architecture, and interaction design, to create holistic user experiences.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in design or a related field, as well as experience with cryptocurrency platforms or financial technology products.
• Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being a plus for international collaboration and user research.
