Key Responsibilities

• Develop Web3 projects including application development and smart contract development
• Understand R&D requirements and propose innovative design solutions
• Collaborate with team members in design, development, and testing phases
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality standards
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation
• Stay updated with the latest Web3 technologies and industry trends

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in Web3 development and blockchain technologies
• Strong understanding of smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, etc.)
• Familiarity with decentralized application architecture and design patterns
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with version control systems (Git, etc.)
• Good documentation skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Solana, etc.)
• Knowledge of cryptography and security best practices
• Understanding of tokenomics and decentralized finance concepts
• Contributions to open-source Web3 projects
